Returns Process:
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh meat products, all return requests must be formally lodged within 48 hours of order receipt. To ensure food safety and quality standards, we can only consider returns within this strict window, as products must remain within a controlled cold chain environment to be eligible for assessment. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and contact us promptly if any issues arise to ensure a swift resolution.
Refund Process:
For valid claims, credit will be allocated to your account, or a discount coupon to the value spent will be issued. We do not provide cash refunds or reverse payments; however, we retain the right to do so at our own discretion.
